Individual Counseling - $150 per hour
Marriage/Couples Counseling -$150 per hour
Tele-therapy - $150 per hour (Only for established clients)

Counseling Philosophy
Ruben’s counseling style is eclectic, and uses a variety of therapy styles such as person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt, solution-focused therapy and sand tray therapy. He has worked successfully with many clients using this approach. However, Ruben believes at times other counseling approaches and techniques are necessary and valuable to the counseling process; therefore incorporates them as needed.

Amberton University - Masters of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling
Texas A&M Commerce - Current Doctoral Candidate pursuing Ph.D. in counseling & currently in dissertation phase. His doctoral cohort emphasis is on working with children.

Ruben is a native Texan, raised in the Plano area. He has been married to his wife for over 19 years and has two daughters. He enjoys golf, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends.
